My friends, we're on the final stretch to the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco! True to form, I made my life more complicated by starting a new, part time job last week, so haven't had the time I'd originally planned to use for Renegade prep.
Ah well, what is life without far too much to do in the time allotted?
I'm working up new patterns all day today, including charts for lace! And will be adding lace charts to existing patterns this week.
I have a couple of fun things to share with you this week, including a pattern review in a magazine (yay!) and a super fun workshop I went to yesterday, learning about kettle dyed and hand painted yarns (my favorites), knitting with them. More to follow!
AND ... I was super tickled to meet a local knitting hero at the same even. More on that as well!
(Darn, I can't believe I don't have photos to document either ...)
I will share more about the review, workshop and knitting hero this week. Bear with me, though, as I relearn how to commute to a day job, in addition to Renegade prep, and then ... Renegade this coming weekend!!!

Lordy, you are so busy right now!
Even so, you might want to stop by my blog by the 31st because I'm doing my once-a-year-only giveaway and there are some cool knitterly things among the selections.
Best wishes for great Renegade sales!
You are so busy!!! Hope all goes well for you at the Renegade..
Thanks, girls! I'm hanging in there by a thread! :D Brenda
I can't even imagine trying to create a lace pattern. I can't wait to hear about it all! Good luck at Renegade!
