I cancelled Facebook and My Space accounts. I stood strong in the face of Stumble Upon and Digg. I'm normally OK not getting sucked into the world of social networking.
Then I succumbed.

I SHOULD cancel my facebook, but I like finding long lost people. I can't do it! And I don't even want to know about twitterpated. I'm supposed to be reading all those links you sent me for pitty sakes!

It's a handy tool for contests, giveaways, shop announcements, etc.
I didn't like Facebook because of the EXE programs that folks were trying to send me, the odd folks adding me and then messing with me, etc.
Myspace annoys me for similar reasons ... I'm just not that into the online social networking thing, but Twitter's a little more like instant messaging, so I can handle that. :P
