Renegade Countdown: T minus two weeks

I'm really really looking forward to the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco!

No, I'm not crazy - I really am excited!  I'm not killing myself to prepare (though I'm working darned hard).  Since Summer (even San Fran) isn't exactly conducive to shopping for wool scarves, I'm largely focusing on patterns and buttons.  Hopefully a couple of surprises, too.

That said, I am feeling the pressure to finish writing up new patterns!  And simultaneously freshen the design.  In fact, that's what I spent most of today doing and am 92.5% happy (I'm never 100% happy with that!).

And my first new pattern in some time:  the Dentelle Contemporary Lace Scarf!  It's beginner's level (yay!), using worsted, chunky or even bulky weight yarns (with commensurate hook size recommendations).  I love crocheting this with Kitty Grrlz' handspun singles, particularly her merino woo/silk blend (luxurious!).

If you're interested in crocheting your very own Dentelle, you can click "buy now" below or take a look under "shop" or "Etsy" just below the blog banner!

Stay cool this week!

How fun! I'm a bit envious that I don't get to make it! :)

One of these times, Summer, you'll make it down and we'll get to meet in person! xo
